All reports of discrimination will be treated with confidentiality to the extent possible. We understand the importance of protecting the privacy of those involved in the investigation.

Non-Retaliation

Retaliation against an individual who has reported discrimination or harassment, or who has cooperated in an investigation, is strictly prohibited. Any form of retaliation will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Training

We provide regular training for all employees and contractors on our Anti-Discrimination Policy, including how to recognize and report discrimination and harassment. We believe that education is key to maintaining a safe and inclusive workplace.
