Guidelines For Implementation of Human Rights Policy

SISC is committed to implement Human Rights policy and as part of it below are the guidelines to implement the policy.

I. Conduct a human rights impact assessment

The organization should conduct HRIA to identify, prevent, mitigate, and account for any adverse human rights impact associated with its operations, products or services, or business relationships.

II. Stakeholder Engagement

SISC should engage with relevant stakeholders, including affected individuals and groups, to identify and address human rights risks and impacts.

III. Human Rights Training

SISC should provide human rights training to its employees and contractors to ensure they are aware of the organization's human rights policy and their responsibilities in upholding it.

IV. Remediate and Address Grievances

SISC should establish effective mechanisms for remediation in case of any adverse human rights impacts, including providing remedies to affected individuals and preventing similar impacts from occurring in the future.

V. Reporting and Transparency

SISC should publicly report on its human rights performance and progress in implementing its human rights policy, including disclosing any adverse human rights impacts and the measures taken to address them.

VI. Continuous Improvement

The organization should continually assess and improve its human rights performance, including monitoring its operations and business relationships for potential human rights impacts and taking appropriate actions to address them.
