Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide protection and security to our clients by offering excellence on asset protection, emergency management, risk management, integrated security, armed and unarmed security guards bespoke to their needs. Through training, leadership and adhering to a strict code of conduct, we provide an environment where we set the standard for protection and security services.

Vision

We are committed to the continuing improvement of security services in Iraq by setting the bar high and investing in and developing our staffs, which are our most important assets. We strive to achieve our goals, exceed the expectations, and earn the trust of our clients by delivering excellent services. Sentinel aims to set a new standard in Iraq’s security industry - one of uncompromising quality and professionalism as ways of service delivery.

  • Vigilance - We understand the business of security. We train our people to be always attentive and evaluating. Vigilance is necessary to take precautionary actions on potential risks or manage incidents quickly and responsively if it takes place.
  • Commitment – We strive to meet our commitments through dedication, skills, and quality our people bring to their work. A Sentinel employee will lend assistance even if it is not directly related to his or her job especially if it’s part of efforts to preserve safety and security

SISC conducts security operations in environments that are inherently unstable and dangerous. SISC is committed to conducting those security operations to the highest level of professionalism while maintaining the safety and security of the operations and clients and also ensuring respect for human rights, laws and fundamental freedoms.

The SISC Top management have ultimate responsibility for the management of security threats and risks and for promoting continual improvement in accordance with the SISC values. They are committed to ensuring that SISC:

  • Respect and adhere to international law, local law and regulations and human rights –see SISC Human Rights Policy
  • Identify, analyses, evaluate and treat security risks, through the application of industry best practice standards
  • Avoid, prevent and reduce the likelihood and consequence of disruptive and undesirable events;
  • Apply a threat-informed, prevention based approach
  • Maintain a capability to respond and recover from security incidents
  • Ensure local community engagement and employment
  • Promote continual improvement of its conduct of security operations

SISC implements effective processes to support the conduct of security operations and its Management are responsible for establishing objectives and measurement to drive continuous improvement in security operations.

All SISC employees, consultants and subcontractors are responsible for conducting security operations in accordance with this policy and are expected to contribute to the continual improvement of SISC’s conduct of Security Operations.
